ZomCap Adventure does not directly collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require account registration. Third-party SDKs may collect limited, anonymized operational data:
We NEVER sell personal information. Anonymized data is shared with service providers (Google, Firebase, Unity) per their tactical privacy policies. Legal disclosure only if required by a court of law.
Hardened data transmission (TLS 1.3) and storage encryption (AES-256). We maintain high-level operational security to protect our anonymous user pool.
Global data processing occurs in the United States. Cross-border integrity is secured via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
